Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on the appointment and dismissal of judges of the courts of Turkmenistan, as well as on awarding them qualification classes

In accordance with Articles 56, 60, 81 and 102 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Court”, I decree:

• to appoint Gurbanov Dovran as Judge for Family Affairs of the Berkararlyk District Court of Ashgabat City, relieving him from the position of Judge of the Saparmurat Turkmenbashi District Court of Dashoguz Province;

• to appoint Seityev Serdar Altyyevich as Chairman of the Ak Bugday District Court of Ahal Province, relieving him from the position of Judge of the Balkanabat City Court of Balkan Province;

• to appoint Khydyrberdiyev Rakhymberdi Nurberdiyevich as Judge of the Altyn Asyr District Court of Ahal Province and to grant him the 5th qualification class of judge;

• to appoint Sapargulyeva Govkher Charyevna as Judge of the Balkanabat City Court of Balkan Province, relieving her from the position of Judge of the Turkmenbashi City Court of Balkan Province;

• to appoint Begmuradov Meylis as Judge of the Gyzyl-Arbat District Court of Balkan Province and to grant him the 5th qualification class of judge;

• to appoint Amanov Merdan Ilmammedovich as Judge of the Garashsyzlyk District Court of Dashoguz Province, relieving him from the position of Judge of the Khojambaz District Court of Lebap Province;

• to appoint Myatiyeva Aydjan Shamyryadovna as Judge of the Saparmurat Turkmenbashi District Court of Dashoguz Province and to grant her the 5th qualification class of judge;

• to appoint Medaliyev Babadjan Myratgeldiyevich as Judge of the Gubadag District Court of Dashoguz Province and to grant him the 5th qualification class of judge;

• to appoint Akmammedov Yakup Berdimukhammedovich as Judge of the Farap District Court of Lebap Province and to grant him the 5th qualification class of judge;

• to appoint Byashimov Ykhlas Dzhumaevich as Judge of the Garabekevul District Court of Lebap Province and to grant him the 5th qualification class of judge;

• to appoint Alymov Bakhtiyar Ykhtyyarovich as Judge of the Dovletli District Court of Lebap Province and to grant him the 5th qualification class of judge;

• to appoint Atakhanova Gulyalek Annamyradovna as Judge for Family Affairs of the Mary City Court of Mary Province, relieving her from the position of Judge of the Mary City Court of Mary Province;

• to appoint Ashyrov Eziz as Judge of the Oguzhan District Court of Mary Province and to grant him the 5th qualification class of judge;

• to dismiss Yazmyradov Bazargeldi from the position of Chairman of the Dashoguz City Court of Dashoguz Province due to the expiration of his term of office;

• to dismiss Yazmukhammedov Yagshymyrat Toylyevich from the position of Judge of the Berkararlyk District Court of Ashgabat City due to the expiration of his term of office.
