Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on the appointment and dismissal of prosecutors
In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan”, I decree:

to appoint Junior Counselor of Justice Orazov Didar Sukhanberdievich as the Prosecutor of Balkan Province, relieving him from the position of Prosecutor of Dashoguz Province;

to appoint Junior Counselor of Justice Annaliyev Shukur Bayramdurdyevich as the Prosecutor of Dashoguz Province, relieving him from the position of Prosecutor of Mary District of Mary Province;

to appoint Lawyer 2nd Class Kadjarov Begnazar Nazarovich as the Mary Prosecutor for Supervision of Legality in Correctional Institutions;

to dismiss Junior Counselor of Justice Amanmyradov Kakajan Kanalovich from the position of Prosecutor of Balkan Province due to the expiration of his term of office;
-
to dismiss Junior Counselor of Justice Annabayev Khangeldi Amangeldiyevich from the position of Mary Prosecutor for Supervision of Legality in Correctional Institutions due to the expiration of his term of office.
