Generation Education and Teaching Activities at the 16th Kindergarten in Türkmenabat
Our correspondent spoke with mothers, caregivers, and teachers working at the 16th kindergarten. They emphasized the importance of the roles of parents, educators, and teachers in child upbringing. The staff of the kindergarten plays a particularly important role in fostering warm and trusting relationships between children and their grandparents.
At the 16th kindergarten, children are divided into groups and taught in various areas. In particular, Russian language lessons are provided at an advanced level. This helps develop the children’s language skills, enables them to express their thoughts clearly and confidently, and helps them feel at ease. The female educators working here are experienced and skilled professionals who create all the necessary conditions for children’s healthy development, creative activity, and life skills.
The kindergarten also runs various clubs that foster children’s creativity. For example:
-
“Young Artists” – learning handicrafts and engaging in various art activities.
-
“Young Gardeners” – gardening, agricultural work, and learning about nature.
-
“Russian Language” – advanced lessons, expanding vocabulary, and developing communication skills.
Through these clubs, children develop their abilities in singing, dancing, crafts, and other creative activities. Various competitions and exhibitions also recognize children’s achievements and boost their self-confidence. For example, Aýlar Myradowa became the winner of the “Rare Nightingale of Independence” competition, while Oguljeren Agamyradowa took top places in the “Once Upon a Time” contest. These activities increase children’s motivation to work and make the efforts of parents and educators more effective.
The kindergarten’s yard and playgrounds are designed to ensure safety and provide suitable conditions for play. The arrangement of the yard, playgrounds, and trees makes the area beautiful and clean. These conditions support children’s recreation, play, and healthy development.
In the conversation, educators also emphasized the importance of parents’ involvement in raising children. When parents participate in the educational and upbringing process, they contribute to the development of the child’s personality through warm and trusting relationships.
