Koytendag Quarry Directorate Achieves 125.3% Growth
The Koytendag Quarry Directorate of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan is currently demonstrating high labor performance. According to the results of January–October of this year, the directorate produced 654 thousand cubic meters of non-metal construction materials, including: 196,229 cubic meters of gravel, 291,373 cubic meters of washed sand, 119,641 cubic meters of sand-gravel mixture, and 46,970 cubic meters of rubble stone. This was reported by the “Watan” news program. As noted, the production growth rate at the Koytendag quarry management reached 125.3%. The raw materials necessary for production are extracted at the stone quarry of the directorate, where the sand-gravel mixture is obtained. The powerful equipment installed here, along with the existing modern machinery, creates real opportunities for organizing productive work.
It is also noteworthy that the construction materials produced by the directorate—especially washed and crushed stone products—are used in various construction projects being implemented in the region.
