New Social and Cultural Facilities Actively Under Construction in Dashoguz

Just like in many other cities of the country, a modern urban environment is rapidly taking shape in Dashoguz. New facilities of various purposes have been built on the sites of old buildings or previously unused land, transforming the city in a short period of time.

At the same time, new self-sufficient residential complexes with large areas and modern infrastructure are being constructed along Shagadam, Gorogly, Al-Khorezmi streets, as well as along the highway leading to the International Airport. This includes a large residential complex, enabling more efficient use of existing engineering systems.

In recent years, along with the expansion of residential construction, the system of social and cultural facilities has also grown significantly. This has increased the range of services available to the population and improved living comfort in different parts of the regional center.

All new buildings in the city are being constructed through various financing sources, with fully landscaped and illuminated surrounding areas. Construction of new residential complexes remains active this year as well. One of the major current urban development projects is a new residential area on Zaman Street, consisting of multiple seven-storey apartment buildings with enhanced amenities.

The southern part of the city is developing particularly rapidly. Along the road leading to the Gorogly district, numerous cottage-type houses, multi-apartment buildings, private shopping centers have been built in recent years, and a new modern school and kindergarten are under construction. All this demonstrates a comprehensive development approach, thoughtful organization of urban space, and a desire to harmoniously combine residential areas with social and cultural facilities.
