The development of local production and the increase in the types of daily food products demanded by the population is one of the important directions of our country's private sector. The "Bakjam söwda" private enterprise, located in the industrial zone of Ak Bugday etrap in Ahal velayat, has consistently expanded its production areas and turned into one of the enterprises offering a variety of food products to buyers. The enterprise began its operations by producing various types of ice cream and confectionery products, including cakes. In 2010, with the commissioning of a new branch, the production of handmade meat dumplings (borek) was also established.
