A ceremonial event was held in the Charjev etrap of Lebap velayat to mark the start of the new wheat sowing season. A formal blessing (ak pata) for the sowing was given on a 24-hectare plot belonging to Serdar Rayimov, a tenant farmer of the "Vatan" daikhan association. The event was attended by leaders of the regional and etrap khakimliks, elders, agricultural specialists, and cultural figures. This was reported by the website Lebap.biz.

During the celebration, exhibitions of agricultural machinery and products, as well as applied arts, were organized. The sowing process was demonstrated using tractors from the "Lebapobahyzmat" production association. Musical performances by cultural figures added a festive spirit to the event.

At the end of the ceremony, elders expressed their best wishes for a successful sowing campaign and a bountiful harvest, before giving their blessing for the start of the sowing.
