The State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan "Dayhanbank" offers a special preferential loan called "Talyp karzy" (Student Loan) to students studying in higher and secondary vocational educational institutions and their families to pay for their tuition fees.
According to the bank, this loan was introduced as part of the state policy to support youth, encourage their creative initiatives, and develop professional skills.
"Talyp karzy" is provided exclusively to students studying in higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan. The loan is issued in a non-cash form and is intended solely for paying tuition fees.
Main loan terms:
Loan amount: up to 42,000 manats;
Annual interest rate: 5%;
Loan term: up to 3 years.
Collateral requirements are also determined depending on the loan amount. For a loan of up to 10,000 manats, the guarantee of one or more citizens is accepted. To get a loan of up to 15,000 manats, the guarantee of two or more citizens is required. Loans ranging from 15,000 to 42,000 manats are secured by collateral.
"Dayhanbank" announced that it accepts applications and necessary documents from customers wishing to obtain a study loan, including online through the bank's official website.
