Lebap Team Takes Second Place at the National Spartakiad

According to information published on the official website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the winner was the team from Ashgabat. The third place went to the team from Ahal province.

As part of the Spartakiad, the results of the Universiade were also summed up. The best educational institutions were identified — including secondary schools, vocational, specialized secondary, and higher education institutions. Ministries, industry organizations, as well as military and law enforcement agencies that showed high athletic achievements were also recognized.

The National Spartakiad is held to promote a healthy lifestyle, develop mass sports, and identify new athletic talents among the youth.
