President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev invited President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow to take part in the Aqaba Process meeting on "Security in the Field of Artificial Intelligence," scheduled for early November this year in Astana.
The Head of Kazakhstan announced this during a telephone conversation with the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahatyny of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow.
During the conversation, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev drew attention to the significance of mutual visits and meetings between the heads of state of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan in developing bilateral relations.
The President of Kazakhstan also specially noted the significance of his meeting with Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow held in Ashgabat last December within the framework of the international forum dedicated to the Year of International Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality.
It was emphasized that the heads of the two states regularly participate in international forums held by Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan. This tradition was characterized as one of the important indicators of the high level of cooperation between the two countries.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev once again expressed his anticipation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedow's participation in the Aqaba Process meeting on "Security in the Field of Artificial Intelligence" in Astana in early November.
The meeting is expected to become an important international platform for the safe and responsible development of artificial intelligence technologies, strengthening international cooperation in this area, and exchanging views on the opportunities and risks created by new technologies.
