Since the beginning of this year, more than 66 thousand tons of flour have been produced at the grain processing enterprises of the Lebap velayat. Compared to 57.4 thousand tons of flour produced in the corresponding period of last year, this figure is 8.7 thousand tons more, and the production growth rate exceeded 15 percent.

The high growth rate demonstrates the effectiveness of the work carried out in the velayat to process the local grain harvest and uninterruptedly supply the population with high-quality flour and flour products.

One of the major production centers in this area is the Turkmenabat Grain Products Enterprise. Commissioned in 2013, the enterprise is equipped with modern equipment, and the main part of production is carried out through an automated system.

The annual production capacity of the enterprise is 95.7 thousand tons. The use of modern production technologies at the enterprise makes it possible to increase production efficiency and maintain the high quality of the produced flour.

The growth of grain product production in the velayat helps meet the needs of the domestic market through local production, ensure food abundance, and expand the scope of deep processing of agricultural products.
