In the era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, in the year of "Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan — the Homeland of-winged steed", relying on the centuries-old experience of our courageous ancestors in state governance, implementing historical work to develop national-democratic principles, based on statehood and rule of law, continuing the path of our glorious ancestors and following their wise behests, in order to ensure the broad participation of representatives of the population in solving important issues of state and public life, creatively improving the achievements made in strengthening the unity and cohesion of society, and organized holding of the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan — the supreme representative body representing the interests of the people of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan decreed:

  1. To convene the next meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan on September 23, 2026, and hold it at the Maslahat Palace in the city of Ashgabat.

  2. The halk maslahats of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, in accordance with the Procedure for nominating public representatives to the composition of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan approved by the Resolution of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan on convening and organized holding of the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, shall submit the lists of public representatives for the velayats, the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag to the Office of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan by September 1, 2026.
