The enterprise producing "Titi" brand water products, located in the city of Turkmenabat, Lebap velayat, is one of the productions created as a result of the development of private entrepreneurship.

The modern enterprise was launched in 2020 under the leadership of entrepreneur Muzaffar Baratov. Since then, the enterprise has been carrying out production activities to provide the population with high-quality water products.
