Guljemal Sadyyeva, a 2nd-year student of the Russian language and literature specialty at the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, achieved high results in an international intellectual competition and joined the ranks of the winners.

According to the website MilliInfo, the competition was held in an online format from June 1 to July 26, 2026, under the auspices of the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute and the "Russkiy Mir" Foundation. It was attended by 786 students from 28 countries around the world.

Based on the selection round, 20 participants with the highest results were determined, among whom was the representative of Turkmenistan, Guljemal Sadyyeva. This success is noted as the result of the student's preparation and the dedication of her academic supervisor, Jennet Shamyýewa, a teacher at the Department of Russian Language and Literature at TSU.

The winners of the competition earned the opportunity to participate in a special language internship held in the capital of Russia. From August 23 to September 5, the language internship program titled "“Summer with Pushkin” for Talented Foreign Students" («Pushkin Camp») is being held in Moscow.

As part of the educational program, participants attend general classes and interactive training seminars led by experienced philologists. Various cultural and educational events are also organized for them, providing an opportunity to get acquainted with Russia's culture and literary heritage.
