The Turkmennebit State Concern has reannounced International Open Tender No. 201/1 for the procurement of material and technical resources for the needs of the enterprise.

Subject of the Tender

Lot No. 4 covers the purchase of vehicles, tractors and specialized machinery, as well as their components and spare parts.

Manufacturers of products that meet the requirements specified in the tender documents are eligible to participate in the competition. Applications from companies registered in offshore jurisdictions or holding bank accounts in such jurisdictions will not be accepted.

Conditions of Participation

Companies wishing to participate in the tender must submit a written application stating their full name, legal status, country of registration and relevant company information.

Participants may review Turkmenistan’s legislation governing tenders for state needs, the competition rules and the list of required documents. They may also obtain the technical specifications, technical requirements and principal terms of the contract for the relevant lot.

The participation fee for one lot is USD 1,725, including value-added tax (VAT), or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manat.

Deadline for Submission of Documents

The final deadline for submitting tender proposals is 12:00 noon on 26 November 2026.

Proposals will be accepted within 30 working days from the date the announcement is officially published in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper. Proposals received after the established deadline will not be considered.

The complete set of documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope secured with a mastic seal. Tender proposals will only be accepted for consideration after the relevant funds have been credited to the organizer’s bank account.

The envelope must contain electronic copies of the participant’s questionnaire and the principal terms of the contract in Word format, as well as a copy of the technical and economic specifications in Excel format. Bank details for making the payment will be provided after a written application has been submitted.
