One such hardworking tenant is Magtymguly Owezow, a tenant of the 16th tenant group of the Magtymguly daikhan association in Halach etrap. Having accumulated rich experience in rice farming over many years, he serves as an example to his fellow villagers through his diligent labor. Magtymguly Owezow has been growing rice on his 10-hectare leased land for 26 years. His long-term experience allows him to know the characteristics of this crop well and properly organize sowing and maintenance work. He regularly exchanges experience, consults mutually, and supports each other in agricultural work with Tangryguly Meredow, a tenant of the same daikhan association. Studying soil characteristics in rice cultivation, timely carrying out necessary maintenance work during the growth period of the crop, and sharing accumulated experience are important conditions for a bountiful harvest. The long-term experience of Lebap farmers also helps to work effectively in this direction.
