Revolution in Illustrator: Adobe Project Turntable Turns 2D Vectors into 3D via AI

Adobe has officially integrated Project Turntable, an AI-powered tool based on the Firefly model, into the latest version of Illustrator. Digital artists can now rotate flat 2D vector drawings in 3D space as if they were full 3D objects. The tool generates up to 74 linked views; changing a color or element in one view simultaneously updates all other perspectives.

Following the March 2026 partnership with Nvidia, Adobe is set to launch "Agentic AI" workflows, where AI acts as an autonomous assistant for creative tasks.
