Turkmenistan – Poland: Cooperation for Peace and Development

These days, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland are on a working visit to the capital of Turkmenistan. The European diplomats participated in the "Turkmenistan – European Union: New Horizons for Developing Interconnectivity, Attracting Investment, and Ensuring Sustainable Development" business forum held at the "Yyldyz" Hotel. The event focused on the "Global Gateway" strategy, energy, "green growth," and transport-logistics cooperation.

During the visit, the Polish diplomats held several business meetings, including a session at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, where they discussed issues of intensifying cooperation between the foreign policy agencies of the two countries.

Later, the guests visited the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and met with specialists from the Scientific Center for Strategic Studies. Mikhail Grechilo and Mateusz Borisyuk discussed matters of establishing mutual cooperation during a businesslike and friendly conversation with Turkmen analysts.

It is worth noting that this is not the first meeting between the institute's specialists and the experienced Polish diplomat Mikhail Grechilo, who has visited Turkmenistan several times. From the Turkmen side, the meeting was attended by Ambassador Shiri Shiriyev, Director of the Scientific Center for Strategic Studies, and experts Bekdurdy Amansaryev and Orazgeldi Annabayev.

Following the conclusion of official events, the Polish diplomats visited the landmarks of Ashgabat.
