S7 Airlines plans direct flights between Ashgabat and Novosibirsk

S7 Airlines plans to launch direct flights between Ashgabat and Novosibirsk. This was reported by the airline’s Central Asia representative, Yevgeny Chernyshov, during the 18th International “TurkmenTel–2025” Exhibition and the International Conference “International Transport Corridors: Connectivity and Development–2025.”

“We hope to start flights from Ashgabat to Novosibirsk next spring. Preparations are actively underway for this route,” said the airline’s representative.

Chernyshov reminded that S7 Airlines has been operating in the Turkmen market for about 20 years. “We opened the Moscow–Ashgabat route in 2008 and have been regularly flying to Turkmenistan since then,” he noted. Currently, the company operates seven flights per week on this route.

The 18th International “TurkmenTel–2025” Exhibition and Scientific Conference, as well as the International Conference “International Transport Corridors: Connectivity and Development–2025” (ITTC-2025), opened in Ashgabat on November 12 and will run until November 14.
