The Turkmenabat Cotton‑Spinning Factory is recognized as one of the leading enterprises in the sector

The achievements made in our country’s textile industry show that it holds a worthy place in the development of the national economy. These days, the textile workers of our region are intensifying their labor efforts and preparing to honor the important occasion — the 30th anniversary of our Country’s Eternal Neutrality — at a high level.

Launched in October 2009 under the patronage of the Heroic Arkadag, the Turkmenabat Cotton‑Spinning Factory has become one of the leading factories in its field. Thanks to modern technologies, advanced textile machinery, and coordinated operations, stable production has been established. Essential raw materials and cotton supplies are regularly cleaned at specialized enterprises to support production.

The factory operates without interruption with 20 spinning machines from the German company “Trützschler,” 24 weaving machines from the Italian company “Marzoli,” and 11 winding units from the “Sawiýa” company.

To ensure high product quality, two autonomous cotton‑cleaning units work during the process. The cotton is first cleaned, then delivered to spinning machines. After spinning, the fibers are combined into eight threads and then passed to subsequent machinery.

In the spinning department, 1,200 double and 24 single spinning machines operate, producing circular yarn. Some cotton residues processed by winding machines are re‑used within the factory. In the winding section, yarns weighing 1.5 kg or more are prepared and transferred to the packaging department.

As a result, the factory produces cotton yarn marked with “20,” “27” and “34.” Strict quality control is maintained — a modern laboratory enables rapid and accurate assessment of yarn quality.

Products that meet high standards enjoy strong demand. According to the factory’s production director, Annaguly Yazmyradow, the factory’s products are sold not only on the domestic market but are also consistently exported abroad.

Over 590 workers and specialists — mostly women — are employed at the factory processing the “white gold” of cotton. Since the beginning of this year, the factory has produced 3,912 tonnes of cotton yarn. In addition, 152,788,000 manats worth of finished products have been manufactured — exceeding the planned output by 112.6%. A total of 3,694 tonnes of yarn have been shipped to the domestic market and delivered to foreign consumers.

Factory workers are preparing to mark International Neutrality Day of our homeland with dedicated labor and pride.

Among the distinguished employees who have made noteworthy contributions to production progress are: chief accountant of category I, Irina Shishkova; head of the planning department, Parahat Muzakperova; spinning machine operators Muhabbat Shamyraova, Nurjan Durdyyeva and Bossan Jumanova.
