Turkmenistan Announces Tender for Supply of Materials for the TAPI Gas Pipeline
The closed joint-stock company “Türkmengazgurluşyk” has announced an international tender for the supply of auxiliary materials and metal products for the construction of the Serhetabat–Herat section of the Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India (TAPI) gas pipeline. The announcement was published in the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan.
To participate in the tender, applicants must submit a written application indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, banking details, and information about the company’s activities. Documents are accepted at the following address: Ashgabat, Oguzhan Street, 189, third floor, office No. 49.
Participation in the tender requires a payment of 500 USD (excluding VAT and banking fees). Applications from companies registered in or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted.
The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 30 calendar days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in Neutral Turkmenistan. Documents must be submitted no later than 12:00 local time on the last working day of the application period.
