Advantages of the Ceramic Decorative Products Manufacturing Enterprise in the Lebap Region
During the era of the new epoch of a stable state, under the leadership of Hero Arkadag, reforms are being successfully implemented, and great efforts are being made to develop small and medium entrepreneurship. This is clearly evident in the example of the «Döwletli-Döwran» business entity, launched in 2020, which produces ceramic decorative products.
“In our enterprise, which relies on modern equipment from advanced countries, operations are managed automatically, and advanced technologies are integrated into production. At present, the clay extracted from the Sakar deposit in Saýat, the Halaç deposit in Halaç district, and the Gubadag deposit in Köýtendag district serves as the main raw material. The positioning of the private production along the Turkmenabat–Kerki–Amu Darya railway and the Turkmenabat–Kerki highway provides great convenience for bringing raw materials to production and delivering finished products to consumers,” says Agamyrat Annaýew, chief engineer of the private enterprise. The production facility consists of departments for raw material processing, cutting and molding, drying, coloring, firing (baking), and packaging. In the private enterprise, on an average day, 525 tons of raw material are processed, and over the year about 192,000 tons are recycled. The annual manufacturing capacity is intended to produce 80 million equivalent ceramic products. Currently, the plant produces 10 types of decorative bricks, large-size thermal block bricks, unglazed floor tiles, as well as glazed tiles for wall decoration.
In this modern production, advanced developments intended to conserve energy are used, along with sophisticated innovative technologies. Loading, transportation, and packaging tasks are carried out using robots made in Japan. Quality of the finished products is controlled under modern laboratory conditions. The physical and chemical properties of raw materials, as well as product density, strength, and moisture resistance, are examined. As a result, high‑quality, durable products that withstand cold and heat are obtained—suitable for construction and installation works. Currently, the ceramic decorative products manufactured here not only satisfy domestic demand but are also exported to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
“In our private production, about 190 skilled workers are employed. This means that many residents of the district, especially our youth, have been provided with new jobs. In pushing our work forward, professionals who have already accumulated great experience over more than five years have made a worthy contribution. Among them we particularly note: production manager Hesen Poladov, assistant technologist Myrat Jumanazarov, head of the finished products warehouse Nurmyrat Guwanjov, the manager of our private enterprise and MP of the Turkmenistan Mejlis Bayram Ilowy, and operators Azat Döwletov, Orazmyrat Abdullaýew, Merdan Shirmämmedow, Toýly Allanazarow. Through united effort and diligent labor, we joyfully met the 34th anniversary of our Independence with labor achievements as our gifts. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank Hero Arkadag and Hero Serdar for providing entrepreneurs with broad opportunities to establish modern production,” said Agamyrat Annaýew, expressing his heartfelt pride. We also wish that the labor achievements of this modern production be many and that its operations continue to advance further.
