The Turkmenistan State Commercial Bank invites you to use the Online International Payment service, which allows you to independently deposit funds in manat to VISA and Master Card bank accounts for tuition and daily expenses of students studying at foreign universities, and to freely convert them into foreign currency.
To make an online payment, citizens need to visit the bank once with the required documents, after which a bank employee will perform all settings online.
