Temporary Water Supply Restriction in Turkmenabat

According to information from the "Lebapwelaýatagyzsuw" association, seasonal maintenance and preventive work are planned for the city’s drinking water system. We inform you that due to planned technical repair measures, there will be temporary disruptions in the city's water supply. Maintenance Schedule: The water supply shutdown will begin on May 5, 2026, at 23:00 and will continue until 18:00 on May 6. These works, lasting approximately 19 hours, are being carried out to ensure the smooth and high-quality operation of the water system in the future. Recommendations for Residents: To avoid temporary inconveniences, the city administration (hakimlik) and relevant services advise residents to: - Fill containers with the necessary supply of drinking water in advance; - Plan daily household and hygiene activities considering the time of the water outage. After the maintenance and preventive work is fully completed, the drinking water supply will be restored to its normal schedule and full capacity.
