DECREE of the President of Turkmenistan on conferring the honorary title "Honored Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan" on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse

On the occasion of the National Turkmen Horse Day, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov awarded several citizens the honorary title “Honored Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan” for their contribution to the development of horse breeding.
For great achievements in spreading the world-wide fame of the celestial horses, which are our national treasure, pride, and a wonderful example of beauty, in developing the horse breeding industry, preserving and improving the breeding and productive characteristics of Turkmen horses, and taking into account many years of honest, exemplary work and professional mastery, and on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, I decree:
To confer the honorary title "Honored Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan" on the following citizens of our country:
- Rejepmuhammet Atayevich Gylyjov — groom of the equestrian sports and equestrian tourism department of the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the "Türkmen atlary" State Association;
- Ataberdi Borjakov — private horse breeder;
- Bashim Ovezmyradovich Bashimov — private horse breeder from Ashgabat city;
- Orazdurdy Mammetniyazovich Orazmyradov — private horse breeder from Balkan velayat;
- Hemra Tazebayevich Rejepov — private horse breeder from Dashoguz velayat.
