“Maksada okgunly” has launched canned turkey pâté products, expanding Turkmenistan’s local food industry.

Entrepreneurs in Turkmenistan are reaching new milestones in ensuring food abundance. The "Maksada Okgunly" private enterprise, located in the Gokdepe district of the Ahal region, has launched the production of turkey meat pâté. The new product is already in high demand among consumers.
The enterprise offers three types of canned turkey meat products to consumers:
- Pâté made from white meat (thigh);
- Pâté made from red meat (breast);
- Bone-in canned products (made from the bird's neck).
The new products are delivered to consumers in convenient 480-gram containers. A specialized turkey poultry complex covering an area of 23 hectares operates within the enterprise. Currently:
- More than 12,500 turkeys are being raised;
- In addition to pâté, sausage products are also manufactured from the poultry meat;
- Frozen semi-finished products such as somsa, dumplings (börek), cutlets, and manty are prepared.
Founded in 1998, the "Maksada Okgunly" private enterprise was the first in Turkmenistan to begin industrial processing of turkey meat. The nutritious and dietary meat products produced by the enterprise are regularly supplied to all retail outlets in the country.
