The Döwletmämmet Azady Turkmen Institute of World Languages will hold olympiads in Turkmen, English, French, Russian, and German for 11th–12th grade students. Each olympiad has two rounds, and winners will receive institute diplomas and prizes. More information is available on the institute’s official website.
The Döwletmämmet Azady Turkmen Institute of World Languages is accepting applications for participation in world language olympiads among senior students of secondary schools in Turkmenistan.
Students in grades 11–12 from schools in Ashgabat, Arkadag, and all regions of the country can participate. From March to May, the institute will sequentially hold five olympiads in Turkmen, English, French, Russian, and German.
Specifically:
- March 14 — II Olympiad in Turkmen,
- March 28 — IV Olympiad in English,
- April 4 — III Olympiad in French,
- May 2 — IV Olympiad in Russian,
- May 16 — III Olympiad in German.
Each olympiad consists of two rounds: the first round is a writing contest, and the second round is a test. The first round is held remotely, while the second round is conducted in person at the institute’s building.
Winners are determined based on the total points of both rounds and are awarded diplomas and prizes. Supervisors and teachers of prize-winning students receive certificates of appreciation.
The organizational team of each olympiad includes faculty and professors of the Institute of World Languages, as well as lecturers from foreign partner universities.
