A Modern Project for Farap District: Construction of a New Shopping Center

At the off-site Cabinet of Ministers meeting of Turkmenistan held in the city of Turkmenabat, an important decision was made to give a new impetus to the socio-economic development of the Lebap region. According to the report by Vice-Premier N. Atagulyyev, a new modern shopping market will be built in the Farap district. Currently, the system for providing the population with daily consumer goods in the Lebap region is extensive. According to information from the "Watan" news program, in the region: - There are 860 points (trade, production, and public catering enterprises) under the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations. - Alongside state enterprises, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs are actively working in this sector. The approval of the proposal to build a new market in Farap by Honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov will further enhance the region's trade potential. This new center will provide: - Modern Infrastructure: Creating maximum convenience for both buyers and sellers. - New Jobs: Helping to create new employment opportunities for the residents of Farap district and surrounding villages. - Competitiveness: Allowing local producers to offer their goods to the public directly and under favorable conditions. Following the instructions of the Head of State, the project will commence in the near future. It will serve to improve the trade and economic indicators of not only the Farap district but the entire Lebap region.
