Student of Turkmen State University Wins XXIII International Scientific Research Competition “Best Scientific Work — 2025”

N. Bayryyev, a 4th-year law student at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, won the XXIII International Scientific Research Competition “Best Scientific Work — 2025” in Penza, Russia, and was awarded a Second Degree Diploma for his research titled “Legal Foundations of Turkmenistan’s National Security and Peculiarities of Its Implementation.”
N. Bayryyev, a 4th-year law student at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, became the winner of the XXIII International Scientific Research Competition “Best Scientific Work — 2025,” organized by the International Center for Scientific and Educational Cooperation in Penza, Russia.
Bayryyev participated in the competition in the field of legal sciences with his research titled “Legal Foundations of Turkmenistan’s National Security and Peculiarities of Its Implementation” and was awarded a Second Degree Diploma. His scientific advisor is senior lecturer of the Department of Constitutional Law, Candidate of Legal Sciences O. Sukhanberdiyev.
