New Department Opens at the Institute of International Relations of Turkmenistan: A New Stage in Diplomatic Education

During the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the reforms implemented in the education system of Turkmenistan are being enriched with new content. The President of Turkmenistan signed a relevant Decree with the aim of developing the country's politico-diplomatic directions on a scientific basis and training specialists capable of protecting state interests in the international arena. Main points of the document: - Approval of the new structure: The Department of Peace and Neutrality is being opened at the Institute of International Relations (IIR) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and the new structure of the higher education institution is approved. - Master's Program: Starting from the 2026-2027 academic year, the IIR plans to train Masters in the field of "Peace and Neutrality."
