An expanded Government meeting dedicated to the results of 2025 will be held next week

An expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan dedicated to summing up the results of the work carried out in 2025 will be held next week. This was stated by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held yesterday via a digital system. According to the “Watan” news program, the Head of State emphasized that the results of the work carried out in January 2026 clearly testify to the country’s major achievements, noting that reforms in the sectors of the economy are being successfully continued and production sectors are being consistently modernized. The President of Turkmenistan expressed satisfaction that during the reporting period the growth rate of the gross domestic product amounted to 6.3 percent. He also drew attention to the large number of tasks, measures, and objectives that need to be implemented for the further development of the country. In this regard, the Head of State announced that an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers will be held next week, during which the results of the work carried out in 2025 will be summarized, the implementation of the adopted programs and given instructions will be analyzed, and a number of issues will be discussed.
