Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on the Appointment and Dismissal of Prosecutors

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing and dismissing several prosecutors. New appointments were made in Mary, Ahal, Balkan, Dashoguz, and Lebap regions. Several officials were also relieved of their duties due to the expiration of their terms.
In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan", I hereby decree:
To appoint Lawyer of the 2nd Class Dowrangeldi Kakageldiýew as the Prosecutor of Turkmenbashy for supervision of compliance with laws in correctional institutions; To dismiss Junior Counselor of Justice Rahat Şyhmyradowiç Karyýew from the post of Prosecutor of Turkmenbashy for supervision of compliance with laws in correctional institutions due to the expiration of his term of office.

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan", by the Decision of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow:
- Counselor of Justice Nejep Mämmetamanowiç Taýlyýew was appointed as the Deputy Prosecutor of Mary Velayat;
- Junior Counselor of Justice Nowruz Gurbanowiç Amanow was appointed as the Prosecutor of Sarahs Etrap of Ahal Velayat and dismissed from the post of Prosecutor of Gyzylarbat Etrap of Balkan Velayat;
- Junior Counselor of Justice Agamyrat Italmazowiç Abdyllaýew was appointed as the Prosecutor of Gyzylarbat Etrap of Balkan Velayat and dismissed from the post of Prosecutor of Boldumsaz Etrap of Dashoguz Velayat;
- Lawyer of the 2nd Class Perhatberdi Ahmetberdiýewiç Mededow was appointed as the Prosecutor of Boldumsaz Etrap of Dashoguz Velayat;
- Lawyer of the 2nd Class Aýmyrat Baýmyradowiç Sähedow was appointed as the Prosecutor of Dashoguz City of Dashoguz Velayat;
- Lawyer of the 2nd Class Çaryýarmuhammet Orazmuhammedowiç Garajaýew was appointed as the Prosecutor of Saýat Etrap of Lebap Velayat;
- Junior Counselor of Justice Şöhrat Sapardurdyýewiç Taýew was dismissed from the post of Prosecutor of Sarahs Etrap of Ahal Velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;
- Junior Counselor of Justice Toýly Allaberdiýewiç Bäşimow was dismissed from the post of Prosecutor of Saýat Etrap of Lebap Velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;
- Junior Counselor of Justice Rahim Çaryýarowiç Çaryýew was dismissed from the post of Prosecutor of Dashoguz City of Dashoguz Velayat.
