A new Rector has been appointed to the Turkmen State Institute of Finance. According to the Presidential Decree, Arslan Ovezdurdiyevich Gurbannazarov has been appointed to this position.
During a government meeting held via digital system by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, important decisions were made aimed at improving the leadership of the country's higher education institutions. As reported in the "Watan" news program, according to the Decree of the Head of State, Arslan Ovezdurdyyevich Gurbannazarov was appointed to the post of Rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance.
