The Turkmenabat Chemical Plant named after S. A. Niyazov, in collaboration with the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, is conducting research to develop agents that not only nourish plants but also prevent soil salinization and improve soil structure. This was reported by the official media of Turkmenistan on Thursday.
According to the report, the plant places a high priority on an environmentally friendly scientific approach in the production of mineral resources. The ecological strategy aims to create products that not only increase crop yields but also prevent soil salinization and preserve land productivity.
Furthermore, the Turkmenabat Chemical Plant plans to launch the production of liquid fertilizers in the near future, which are in high demand for greenhouse farming.
Currently, the enterprise produces more than just agricultural chemicals. It manufactures over 30 types of products, including water purification coagulants vital for public utilities and various types of polymer products.
