The results of the online computer technology competition organized by Magtymguly Turkmen State University have been announced. 26 students won prizes, highlighting the growth of digital skills among youth.
Organized by the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, an online subject competition on modern computer technologies was held among students of the country's higher education institutions. This competition, which tested the digital literacy and innovative skills of youth, became an important step in discovering a new generation of IT specialists.
According to the overall results of the competition, talented students were awarded a total of 26 prize-winning places. The results were distributed as follows:
- 1st Place: 5 students;
- 2nd Place: 9 students;
- 3rd Place: 12 students.
The winners of the first place represent various higher education institutions:
- Dovran Akmyradov (Magtymguly TSU)
- Yslam Shamadow (Magtymguly TSU)
- Arslan Bayramov (State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan)
- Emir Merdanov (Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University)
- Begench Bayrammyradov (Yagshygeldi Kakaev International Oil and Gas University)
It is noteworthy that students from not only technical fields but also humanitarian, medical, and sports universities showed high activity. Among the winners are students from the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics, the International University for the Humanities and Development, the Myrat Garryev State Medical University, and several other major educational institutions.
According to the organizers, this online competition was aimed at the following goals:
- Identifying Talent: Encouraging students with exceptional abilities in the IT field.
- Improving Practical Skills: Teaching the application of theoretical knowledge to solve modern IT problems.
- Contribution to Digitalization: Preparing skilled specialists in accordance with Turkmenistan's digital economy strategy.
The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas of the respective levels. This event served as clear evidence of the students' high proficiency in modern technologies and digital systems.
