UAE Private Sector Interested in Turkmenistan's Investment Opportunities

The UAE private sector has expressed interest in exploring new investment opportunities and strengthening strategic cooperation with Turkmenistan. The issue was discussed during a meeting with representatives of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to expanding trade and investment ties.
The private sector of the UAE is interested in exploring new investment opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships with friendly nations, including Turkmenistan. This was stated during a meeting between Bayram Bayramov, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the UAE, Abdulla Sultan Al-Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Humaid Mohamed bin Salem, Secretary-General of the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
According to the "Al Khaleej" publication on Thursday, the parties discussed issues regarding the development of economic and investment cooperation between the two countries and reviewed the investment potential of both the UAE and Turkmenistan.
Abdulla Sultan Al-Owais noted that additional opportunities are being created in both countries to improve the investment environment, increase trade turnover, and implement joint projects.
In turn, Bayram Bayramov emphasized the desire of Turkmen business circles, represented by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, to develop and deepen trade and investment cooperation with the UAE. He also confirmed the readiness of the Turkmen side to coordinate mutual cooperation with the UAE Federation of Chambers and the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Ambassador invited the UAE business community to invest in promising sectors of Turkmenistan's economy and noted that the relevant authorities of the country are ready to provide investors with the necessary conditions and support.
