The Turkmenistan branch of Tatneft has announced a tender for the lease of a Caterpillar C-27 industrial engine, including full maintenance and repair services.
The "Tatneft" branch in Turkmenistan has announced tender No. 2026/13 in Turkmen manats. The tender includes services for the temporary possession and use (lease) of a Caterpillar C-27 industrial engine, as well as its full maintenance and repair throughout the period of operation.
Subject of the tender: Provision of a Caterpillar C-27 industrial engine for temporary possession and use, and ensuring its full technical maintenance and repair during the entire period of operation.

The application must be prepared in accordance with the following requirements:
- Written on the official letterhead of the applicant company;
- Addressed to the head of the branch;
- Signed by an authorized person;
- Confirmed with a seal.
The application must include the following information:
- Full name of the company;
- Legal status;
- Country of registration;
- Bank details.
Applications from companies registered in offshore zones or having bank accounts in such locations will not be accepted. After the application is received, the technical specifications will be sent to the participant's specified email address.
Requirements for the tender proposal: The tender proposal must be submitted in the following format:
- In electronic form;
- In PDF format, along with an Excel file;
- All files must be archived in RAR format;
- The archive must be protected by a password of at least 8 characters.
Deadline for submission of proposals: Tender proposals must be submitted within 10 working days from the date of official publication of the announcement in the "Nebit-Gaz" newspaper and on the www.oilgas.gov.tm website, no later than 18:00 on the tenth working day local time. Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be accepted.
