Turkmen-Russian Cooperation: New Heights of Friendly and Strategic Relations

On April 7, a telephone conversation was held between the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and the Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko.
