The "Student Loan" is available to citizens of Turkmenistan who are studying at higher or secondary vocational educational institutions, and is intended to cover tuition fees.
Key Loan Conditions:- Loan Amount: non-cash payment, based on the amount stated in the tuition agreement;
- Interest Rate: 5% per annum;
- Loan Term: up to 5 years;
Loan Security:To be eligible, the borrower must provide:
- a collateral, or
- a third-party guarantor.
