Sport and Wellness: New Victories of Young Halach Wrestlers

The measures implemented in our country to improve the sports skills of the younger generation and to promote a healthy lifestyle are yielding positive results. In this regard, the Halach district association of the Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and the district physical education and sports department organized an impressive district championship in Sambo wrestling. Dozens of young wrestlers participated in the competition held at the district's 3rd sports school. During the tournament, the wrestlers competed in 11 weight categories, showcasing their mastery and techniques. - Distinguished Sports Schools: According to the overall results, athletes from the 1st and 2nd sports schools of the district showed a higher level of preparation and managed to secure most of the prize-winning places. - Winners: Several young wrestlers who achieved high results in their weight categories and earned high praise from spectators and referees include Gerchek Soltanov, Begench Bashimov, Rowshen Annamyradov, Tirkish Pirchikov, Aman Bashimov, Merdan Shirow, and Myrat Wepayev. - Coaching Excellence: The hard work of the coaches preparing the youth for big victories — Bashim Rozyyev, Annamyrat Annamyradov, and Serdar Kadyrov — was also highly commended. "Our goal is not only for young wrestlers to test their strength but also for them to grow into skilled professionals who will raise our country's flag high on international arenas," said Hudayberdi Jumayev, Chairman of the Halach district association of the Trade Unions of Turkmenistan.At the end of the competition, winners and dedicated coaches were presented with commemorative gifts by the Halach district association of the Trade Unions of Turkmenistan in a ceremonial atmosphere.
