A new well No.75 has been launched at the Uzynada field. Producing 91.7 cubic meters of oil and gas condensate daily, it strengthens Turkmenistan’s energy capacity.
A new significant milestone has been reached in Turkmenistan's oil and gas industry. At the hydrocarbon-rich Uzynada field, the new well No. 75 has been put into operation, yielding a stable flow of oil and gas condensate. This event is a strategic step toward implementing the "National Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry until 2030."
Technical Indicators and Operations The construction and development of the new well were carried out using high-end technologies:
- Depth: The well was drilled to a depth of 6,800 meters.
- Equipment: A modern, powerful ZJ-70-DB drilling rig was used for the operations.
- Productivity: As a result of the work, the well produces 91,7 cubic meters of oil and gas condensate per day.
The work was performed at a high professional level by the specialists of the "Korpeje" drilling department of the "Nebitgazburawlayysh" trust, led by experienced specialist Tagangeldi Amanov.
Innovative Approaches and Future Plans According to Yegenmyrat Hallyyev, chief geologist of the "Korpeje" drilling department, this success stems from the consistent state support for the sector and the integration of the latest technologies. Currently, work is moving at a fast pace not only at Uzynada (with three wells under development simultaneously) but also at other promising fields such as Barsagelmez, South Bugdayly, Atjan, Altyguyy, and Ekizek.
