Turkmen karate athletes are preparing in Tashkent for the Central Asia Cup. The 16-member team will train until May 14 and compete from May 14–20.
Young athletes from the Turkmenistan national traditional karate team have headed to the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the goal of achieving new successes on the international sports stage. Our national team will participate in training camps to be held in the city of Tashkent.
The training schedule and the timeline for the upcoming major competitions are planned as follows:
- Until May 14: Intensive training camps based on modern methods.
- May 14 – 20: International competition for the Central Asian Cup.
Currently, the national team, led by Diyar Hojayev, consists of 16 talented young athletes. During the camp, the squad will refine their technical and tactical skills, striving to uphold the sporting prestige of our country in this prestigious competition.
These organized activities provide an excellent opportunity for our young karatekas to exchange experience with international colleagues and implement the latest training technologies in practice. This will contribute to further enriching the medal count in future international tournaments.
