Ways of Cooperation Between Qatar’s Lusail University and Turkmenistan’s Higher Education Institutions Discussed

Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to the State of Qatar, M. Seyitmammedov, met with the President of Lusail University, Nitham Mohammed Hindi. The meeting was also attended by Lusail University’s Vice President for Academic Affairs, Hanym Fatma Mansour Al Maslah, and Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management, Adam Mohammed Aly Fadlalla. The Ambassador briefed the participants on Turkmenistan’s domestic and foreign policy, as well as the key events of 2026 — declared the “Year of Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan — Land of Horse Dreams” — and on international scientific conferences dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence. Additionally, ways of cooperation and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Lusail University and Turkmen higher education institutions were discussed.
