Lychee Lemonade

Lychee is not only suitable for sweet dishes but also serves as a base for homemade lemonade. Ingredients: - Lychee (fresh, with peel) – 250 g - Sugar – 3 tablespoons - Water – 500 ml - Lemon – 1/2 Instructions: - First, prepare the lychee: peel off the thin skin and separate the white sweet pulp, then mash it. - Place the pulp in a suitable bowl and mash it (using a blender is easiest). - Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the puree. - Add sugar and mix well. - Strain the mixture with warm water and let it sit for a short time. - Pour into a carafe and refrigerate until fully chilled. - Serve with ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices.
