Meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan is held in Dushanbe

The 14th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Turkmenistan and Tajikistan is taking place in Dushanbe. The Turkmen delegation is led by Deputy Prime Minister Tangryguly Atahallyyev. The parties are discussing ways to expand bilateral cooperation.
A Turkmen delegation led by Tangryguly Atahallyev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, arrived in Dushanbe to participate in the fourteenth meeting of the joint Turkmen-Tajik intergovernmental commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation, held on March 3–4.
At the Dushanbe International Airport, the official delegation was warmly welcomed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Tajikistan, Ziyozoda Sulaymon, and other high-ranking officials. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan.
The meeting aims to discuss the expansion of bilateral cooperation, the strengthening of trade and economic relations, as well as new opportunities for mutually beneficial partnership between the two countries.
The 13th meeting of the joint Turkmen-Tajik intergovernmental commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation was held on October 16, 2024, in Ashgabat.
