Representatives of the Training Center of Turkmenistan’s State Customs Service Paid a Working Visit to Uzbekistan

Representatives of Turkmenistan’s State Customs Service Training Center visited Uzbekistan to exchange experience in training, retraining, and professional development of customs officers.
A delegation from the Training Center under the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan visited the Customs Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main purpose of the visit was to develop cooperation in training, retraining, and improving the qualifications of customs officers, as well as to exchange experience in implementing modern educational technologies. This was reported on the official website of the Service.
During the visit, meetings were held with the Institute’s management. Presentations on the activities of the Institute and the Faculty of Retraining and Professional Development were conducted. Issues related to the use of information technologies, electronic monitoring systems in education, and modern teaching methods were also discussed.
The Turkmen delegation presented the work of the Training Center under the State Customs Service and delivered a lecture on “Customs Regulations.”
The parties discussed future cooperation in staff training and retraining, exchange of educational and methodological materials, and the implementation of joint educational activities. As part of the visit program, the delegation familiarized themselves with classrooms, specialized departments, the library, computer labs, and training models.
