3. Requirements for Participants Legal entities meeting the following requirements are invited to participate in the tender:

Confirmed experience in providing vehicles over the last 3 years.
Provision of full and reliable information about the company and its core business.
For local companies — a valid certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

4. Composition of the Application Interested companies must submit the following documents:

A completed and signed application form to participate in the tender (form provided upon request).
Brief company information: full name, legal address, bank details; description of core activities; information on main projects and achievements.
Documents confirming supply experience (contracts, acts of completion, customer reviews, etc.).
