
The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus, Nazarguly Shagulyyev, held a meeting with Turkmen students of the A.D. Sakharov International State Ecological Institute. This was reported by the embassy's press service in Minsk.
During the meeting, issues of applying European experience in implementing environmental initiatives in Turkmenistan were discussed, as well as themes related to the declaration of 2026 as the year of "Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan — the land of horse-paced fulfillment of goals."
The main event of the program was the presentation of the new book by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, titled "Neutrality of Turkmenistan — a clear path of peace and trust." The Ambassador explained to the students the concept of "positive neutrality" as the foundation for international trust and interstate cooperation.
The Director of the Institute, Professor Oleg Rodkin, noted the high level of preparation among Turkmen students, calling them the "future architects of sustainable development." According to him, the knowledge gained in Minsk will enable the implementation of innovations in Turkmenistan's agriculture, energy, and ecosystem preservation in the future.
