An event dedicated to the 2026 motto "Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan — the Land of Horses Swift as Dreams" was held in Almaty

On February 13, 2026, an event dedicated to the 2026 motto "Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan — the Land of Horses Swift as Dreams" was held at the Ablai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages. The event was attended by the university leadership, Turkmen students, and the faculty members of the higher education institution.

The speakers noted with great pride the successes achieved in several international events held at a high level in Turkmenistan in 2025. They also provided information about the significance of the 2026 motto, Turkmenistan's status of permanent neutrality, and the horse as a symbol of the country's rapid development. Furthermore, participants expressed their congratulations on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence.

During the event, Turkmen and Kazakh students performed a concert. They played national musical instruments, sang songs, and performed "Bilezik" and "Kushtdepdi" dances.
