Application process for the "InteRussia IT – 2026" internship program has started for citizens of Turkmenistan

Within the framework of the "New Generation — 2026" project, a competitive selection has been announced for participation in the "InteRussia" international internship program. The program is implemented by the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund. This was reported on the official Instagram page of the Russian House in Ashgabat.

The internship will take place from June 1 to June 27, 2026, in the city of Novosibirsk. Participants will engage in research work based at leading specialized organizations in Russia. The program is aimed at improving the professional level of young specialists, expanding expert interactions, and strengthening international cooperation in the field of digital technologies.

The selection is conducted solely on a competitive basis. Citizens of Turkmenistan aged 25–35 who do not hold dual citizenship are invited to participate. The candidate's foreign passport must be valid for at least six months during the internship period.

In 2026, the program includes two tracks: "Artificial Intelligence in Medicine" and "Artificial Intelligence in the Urban Environment."

The Russian side fully covers the costs of round-trip airfare, transfer, accommodation, meals, as well as the business and cultural program.

To participate, applicants must register on the program's official English-language platform by April 6, 2026, select "InteRussia AI 2026" in the "My projects" section, and choose the relevant track. Afterward, participants must send an email to tkm2026@mail.ru indicating their last name, first name, selected direction, and specific track. In response, candidates will receive further instructions and, if necessary, an additional competitive task.
